We have received a lot of positive and productive feedback from our guests that have been by.  Many people have asked what are the favorite combinations or specialties of the house.  While we believe that all of our food works well in combination with one another, the following are the Chef's personal favorite combinations.  Please enjoy!

Menu

Bowl/Wrap
White Rice
Steamed white rice tossed with basil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.
Brown Rice
Steamed brown rice tossed with basil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.
Noodles
Chilled luscious wheat vermicelli tossed with freshly chopped scallions, sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
Salad
Juicy Romaine Lettuce and Crisp Red Cabbage.
Wrap
Light tortilla, filled with your choice of rice and/or salad and wrapped for light efficient traveling.

Proteins
Beef
Juicy beef, marinated in a blend of soy sauce, honey, fresh herbs and spices.
Chicken
Tender chicken, marinated in a blend of soy sauce, coconut milk, fresh herbs and spices.
Pork
Succulent pork, marinated overnight in a blend of soy sauce, coconut milk, fresh herbs and spices.
Turkey Sliders
Savory turkey sliders, lightly seasoned with a blend of soy sauce, freshly chopped herbs and spices. 
Tofu
Delicate tofu, marinated in a blend of soy sauce, honey, fresh herbs and spices. 


Vegetables
Corn
Corn broiled with a blend of coconut milk, lime juice and spices. 
Mushrooms
Sliced mushrooms gently sauteed in a citrus soy garlic sauce. 
Broccoli
Broccoli florets stir-fried with Thai miso, garlic and black pepper.
Eggplant
Diced eggplant wok-fired with Chinese herbs and spices. 
Peppers and Onions
Julienned bell peppers and onions lightly sauteed.

Sauces
Roasted Thai Salsa
Roasted tomatoes, onions and garlic blended with thin soy sauce, lime juice and fresh herbs. 
Carrot Lime Relish
Shredded carrots combined with umami-rich fish sauce, lime juice, fresh herbs and spices.
Pineapple Soy Chutney
Crushed pineapple tossed with soy sauce, a touch of honey, fresh herbs and spices. 
Mint Yogurt
Creamy yogurt seasoned with a mix of fresh herbs and spices.
Satay Peanut Curry
Peanuts simmered with traditional herbs and spices.
