Siring Test Kitchen 3 and 4

First, we'd like to thank all of our family and friends that came to Test Kitchens 1 and 2.  We learned so much and your comments and feedback were a huge part of Test Kitchens 3 and 4. 

On to the tastings!

Our menu for TKs 3 and 4 was:

Handcut Marinated Tofu
Homemade Turkey Meatballs
Marinated Boneless Pork Ribs

Chopped Romaine Lettuce
White and Brown Rice Tossed with Freshly Chopped Basil, Lime Juice and Sea Salt
Wheat Vermicelli Tossed with Sesame Oil (TK 3) or Scallions Toasted in a Sesame Oil Blend (TK 4) and Sea Salt

Sauteed Peppers and Onions
Broiled Coconut Lime Corn
Diced Eggplant in a Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Roasted Broccoli with Thai Miso and Garlic Paste
Stir Fried Bok Choi
Sauteed Champignon Mushrooms in Ponzu Garlic Sauce

Pineapple Soy Dressing
Shredded Carrot Relish
Roasted Tomato Chutney

Toasted Scallions
Toasted Garlic
Crushed Peanuts

Roasted Jalapenos
Fresh Thai Chilis
Dried Chili Flakes
